Rory in "I Get A Sidekick Out of You"

619 I Get A Sidekick Out of You

The WB - On the night before Lane and Zach get married, Lorelai and Rory's plans for a bachelorette party go awry, as do the plans made by Zach's buddies, so the two groups end up together for a makeshift party in a vacant parking lot. Mrs. Kim informs Lorelai that she cannot attend Lane's wedding without an escort. Since Luke is still out of town, Lorelai invites Christopher to be her date. Everyone attends two wedding ceremonies-one Buddhist and one Seventh Day Adventist-followed by a wild wedding reception in the town square. The episode was written and directed by Amy Sherman-Palladino.

No comments on the ep yet? Yeah well, it wasn't actually an earth shattering ep was it?

I did love the wedding stuff though. It was cute. And seeing Rory working at the paper, all efficient, was great to see.

I was surprised they mentioned Jess. They never do that unless he's in the ep. But I guess it was just because Lorelai had find out about Rory meeting April.

I thought it was just an alright episode for me.

I loved that Lane had to go the aunt's house to finish off their bachelorette party with all the guys. And Mrs. Kim's talk with Lane about the wedding night was hilarious. Lane's reaction was priceless.

There wasn't much about Rory in the episode, but it showed how much she still loved Logan, at the end, when she rushed out of the house to be with him.

Hi! Nice of you to stop by.

Yeah, that talk between Lane and her mom was hilarious. Yeah, there wasn't much of Rory in the ep. She still obvious cares a lot for Logan, like you said. I bet him being in an accident will help them get over the troubles they've had. Or at least forget them for a while.
