I think she would have been all right at Harvard But the bad thing is we couldn'tve have gotten as much scenes with her and Lorelai, because of the distance (wouldn't have been realistic of her to pop home so often). And no Paris there either!

yeah I figured the Yale thing happened to keep the mother/daughter relationship better intact for the show!

I'm glad she went to Yale in the end as we got Rory and Lorelai scenes and Rory/Paris scenes which are always great then of course Rory met Logan at Yale

Yeah But it might've been interesting for there to have been a bigger distance between the two. I mean, how would have they handled it?

Though the show wouldn't have been as good, because of the lack of scenes between Rory and Lorelai.
