7.13 I'd Rather Be In Philadelphia

TV Guide.com: While Lorelai, Rory and Emily wait at the hospital for news of Richard's condition, Logan borrows a helicopter so that he can be there with Rory, and Luke arrives to help out and ends up running errands for Emily. Meanwhile, Lorelai cannot reach Christopher, to whom she hasn't talked since he stormed out of the house.

Sounds like an interesting ep.

The LL part seems interesting, but the RL part seems very interesting as well. The whole ep in general seems really good to me!!

I am so excited to see Logan again! It feels like it has been forever. I am not sure how I feel about the LL stuff. I just don't like the fact that Richard's illness has to be about LL. But I guess I have to wait and see how the whole thing plays out. Maybe it will be different then I think!

I hope it will Katie.. Though ep 11 and ep 12 were totally different then I imagined as well, since they didn't seem that interesting to me when reading the synopsis of the CW.. I kind of like that.. At least I'll be a bit surprised.

It's often the same for me. I'll think that the episode description sounds really boring or weird, but then the episode turns out to be good.

The episode was really good! Alexis was amazing she was using her hands to express herself, the whole thing with Logan it was incredible sweet! Lorelai being happy that Rory has Logan! and Emily was amazing. it was a great ep!

I thought it was a good ep.

I really liked the R/L moments. Logan flying in in a helicopter was so cute. "There's nowhere else I'd rather be."

Luke being there for Lorelai was great too. And was it just me, or was Emily kinda mad at Chris too? If she was, I like her even more now!

IMO this was one of the best episodes of the season. I agree with everyone the RL moments were great. I really missed scenes between them and I loved Emily in this episode. She rocked and I loved that we got many gilmore scenes and I mean Richard, Emily, Rory & Lor.

I was so impressed with the way this episode played out. I was spoiled for it so I had ideas about how things were going to turn out and in my head they weren't good, but it turned out so great.

The Gilmore family scenes were so amazing. I loved how they were all there for each other. I think one of my favorite lines was when Rory said to Lorelai "Someone has to stay here and keep an eye on grandma" or something to that effect. I thought the way she said it was so amusing.

Also I am so happy (and surprised) that there was so much interaction between Rory and Logan. I found the two of them to be so adorable. He was right there by her side supporting her. He proved that he really loves and wants to be with her. Though they did not kiss at all in the episode there were some really intimate and sweet gestures, like the times he put his hnad on her thigh. I was in shipper heaven! I am so excited about the prospects of this relationship.

I really like that all the Gilmore's were there for each other too.

I like that they didn't make a big deal out of it. That instead it was shown as something perfectly natural. You know what I mean?

For example, when Logan mentions he came in in a helicopter. It's not overplayed at all, it just mentioned in an offhand way. I like that.
