I've always wondered what Lorelai would've thought of adult Jess. Especially because Jess was the one who knocked some sense into Rory when she dropped out of school.

I hope Lorelai at least knew Jess played a part in Rory going back to Yale. I always thought if they got off to a better start that they would've gotten along really well.

And I think that was the last time they had a civil conversation. I wish Lorelai just questioned why Jess had the bracelet instead of outright accusing him of stealing it. And she overlooked that he put it back.

Well, she never truely wanted to give him a second chance and she was only trying because Rory made her promise to do it. So it's not that surprising how she never tried to understand what happened with the bracelet, just jumped on the oppotunity and accused him.

The first night they met I totally understand her not liking Jess. It's just after she seemed to get so stuck on that first impression of him that nothing could persuade her otherwise so I was glad when he stood up to her. But Jess grew up so much from who he was in S2 that I think even Lorelai would have to notice. It would certainly make the future LL/RJ gatherings much easier.

I always thought if they could get passed the early stuff that they'd get along really well. I just wish we saw RJ and LL be couples at the same time. That would be perfect.
