Alexis has never enjoyed doing publicity and tends to do the bare amount necessary. Once Violent & Daisy (which should get decent promotion due to Ronan Saoirse blowing up with the movie Hanna) comes out hopefully she'll start doing the media rounds.

I read somewhere that V&D will have a very limited US theatrical release which makes me think that the promotion will be very minimal, too.

It's more of an indie film. So in some ways that is better. It means it will probably be out longer and if it does well there it can expand to more screens.

It will still be out in the major markets and get promotion. Perhaps even from our point of view better promotion since they'll be leaning more heavily on Saiorse and Alexis to push the film.

I would like for that to be the case. Hopefully in the next couple months we'll hear more about the film in general. everything is very quiet right now on the Alexis front.
