| Well...due to the acting, the chemistry (not just romantically, either), and just because I love this person: Milo/Jess. | I'd say Lauren. They've worked together for a long time now and obviously have a great chemistry. They work well off each other and compliment each other very nicely. | i'll have to go with lauren i mean she's been there for alexis for so long even when she first started out.and i just love seeing them play mother and daughter on set and off set. | |||

| I would have to say the Alexis' best co-star is Lauren/Lorelai! They have a wonderful mother/daughter chemistry. | Lauren Graham most definitely for me! They mesh well together, both in dramatic scenes and with the witty repartee. Also, I think Liza Weil deserves an honourable mention here-I love how Rory reacts to Paris and I think they work off each other very well. They probably get along nicely in real life. | |||

| Milo and Lauren, and Scott. Milo - Cause obviously they're dating and they had the most intense chemistry together. Lauren - Cause the show's about them, they can't not have chemistry.
