We have a holiday in February when people (well, mostly just little kids and partygoers) dress up, but it's not as much fun without the candy.

but I strained something and yeah...backs are a tough thing man cause you always need to use them so it's hard to let them rest.

I know what you mean. My back can be really sensitive for big weather changes and those times it hurts everytime I make a sudden move. I use Flechtor patches for it, not sure if you have it in the US but if you do, you should try. It always helps me.

I've been using some heat patches

problem is with the first heating thing I used umm...I burned myself really bad. ridiculous

welp the one that burned me was something that you warm up in a microwave and then tie around you...it didn't work well for me

so then I moved to heat patches which were not nearly as hot and you don't have to heat them up at all. you just kinda stick them on like a band-aid and they heat up on their own, but they never get TOO hot.
