Mystery Discussions Thread: Season 8 Edition *NO SPOILERS - ONLY SPECULATION*

I merged both discussions into one thread. So please discuss both "Who wrote the letter for Bree?" and "Who Ran Over Chuck?" here. Again, no Spoilers, just speculation/discussion. Thanks

---
Personally I think each wrote the note to bree

Discussion: Who do you think wrote the note for Bree? *NO SPOILERS*

We have a mystery on our hands this season. You'd think with knowing what happened at the end of s7 we'd be in the know, nope! Guess again. Cherry&Co. brought back the infamous note from s1 "I know what you did. It makes me sick. I'm going to tell." but, the question is... WHO WROTE IT? ...discuss. No spoilers, just speculation.

@Sambo14 What do you mean by that? Can you elaborate? (Also, welcome to the board! )

^ Me too. I only think it has to be someone from the past. But, who? I dangled the idea of Karen, but... then again, I can't imagine what she knows and why she would choose that letter to represent how to unleash it to them? Then again, I remember reading random speculation that one of them (meaning the housewives/Carlos) might've written it to Bree. But then, I have to ask... why?!

I can't think of any reason why. I look forward to finding out.

I feel like they actually came up with an unpredictable mystery. The last few seasons have felt more obvious compared to this one.

Yeah, there wasn't a good mystery last season. Now they are leaving us guessing.

I feel kind of like first season where everyone was wondering and guessing.

How does Chuck Vance know everything about Alejandro's murder ?

Hi everyone,

I don't understand how Chuck already knows what happened two months ago, he's also seen the " I-know-what-you-did-I'm-going-to-tell" letter that Mary Alice Young received before she committed suicide.

Who do you think sent that letter to Bree ?

Any ideas ?

Welcome I merged your question into this thread, since the questions are both related.

Well, from what I've gathered, it looks like Chuck remembered Alejandro from the night he passed them on the street. And he was given the case to investigate. Everything else, I'm totally stumped. Like you, all I have is questions.

My only thing is, to send Bree that letter in that exact wording - nearly identical. It has to be someone who was around during MA's suicide. My guess, and this is based on just pure speculation and nothing else - is that I found it odd Karen ran into Bree as she was getting the letter, if anything, to rub salt in the wound. She's very perceptive and frankly rather absent this season. But wouldn't she be on their side? That's what has thrown me of thinking further into it.

I have no idea This has to be somebody from the past. Maybe someone we thought we would never see again on the show?

My friend mentioned that this weekend. Idk. It's plausible.
