I need help with putting an avatar on my file. When I go to edit avatar. It's say enter URL. What is URL? Please help.

the URL is the web address, that starts with http and ends with .gif of that avie.

same basic thing for the http url for a picture except [*URL=addresshere]title here[/URL] except remove the * __________________
