Its easy to get confused, especially if the wording of the instructions don't make it clear There quite possibly is a way of doing it on Imgur too but easier to do it on Photoshop I would think

Oh sorry Millie didn't realize you didn't know you had to create 2 images of both full size and thumbnail

I have a question: Can I only use pictures of the actors in character for the artwork of this competition or do you allow actors pictures too (from conventions or the red carpet ) ?

Nope. Files need to be jpeg or png.

To confirm If I want to do a different art for a board and submit a different entry other than what I've submitted -- can do that, correct?

Yes. Just tell them what you're doing so they remove your first. Also helps if you edit the previous post to at least remove the red text
