Hi. When I tried to log in, I was informed that I've been permanently banned. I'm trying to figure out specific reasoning as to why. I can see that I have 2 PM's but since I am banned, I can't read them. I had already received a warning on the issue prior to this and the situation was corrected. I haven't done anything since. Can you tell me what happened and why it was deserving of a permanent banning? Thank you.

I thought you could still read PM's. There was an issue the other day about an avatar & signature that was disrespectful to site moderators and management that would have resulted in a temporay ban due to you having other current infraction points. I didn't realize it was permanent, I'll check into it.

ETA - You should be able to read your PM's now.

The site has been particularly glitchy and slower than usual on a regular basis over the past 3 days or so. Anyone know why?

Some settings have temporarily been changed to facilitate some behind the scenes work that needs to get done. The side effect is an increased load on the servers. Once that's finished, things should go back to normal.
