It's interesting that the PM issue seems to be only for some. I have never had problems with it but often receive two of the exact same PMs from people here. So yes, you are not alone!

Ha, I'm always dreading having to send PM's, the amount of time it takes is just frustrating but I've grown used to it so.

It has been slow for me. My guess is that some maintenance work is happening, but nothing to worry about. It should go back to normal soon
