I think it's just a caching problem. You need to force your browser to reload the page for that board. Use the "bypass the cache" option from this page, as applicable for your browser:

You can also try using a different browser.

I made a few changes over the weekend. I'm not sure if it's 100% working yet, but I did make some progress.

An update: I did look into this, but so far I haven't found a way to do it. The problem is Instagram, there's not much I can do about it.

Moderators can create tags. PM a Mod with your suggestion if a tag doesn't exist.
