To post URLs, you can click on the image, in your text box, that looks like a world and a chain. To post an image, you can use the icon next to it; it looks like a picture of a mountain.

I'm sorry, due to the volume of requests it's not possible to change names for individual users. Occasionally we have contests to win a name change. That would be advertised in a site announcement.

Hello. That would look like spam; even if it's related. I would just post on the threads/boards that are related to the actress.
