I know its in November, but I know that I will not have the money. However, if their is a 2nd annual one next year

then good chance that I can make it too that one

I just dont think Ill be able to get a visa with the state our country's in right now

Bonn? I remember Bonn being the arse of the world. I once had to go there for a conference before. Germany's former "capital-village".

Probably not going. If it only were in a larger city...
