Yeah that's what I meant I'm trying to make the best of it as much as I can, but it's very difficult because it gets really boring a lot of the times and having no friends to hang out with doesn't help either. All of my friends are up in the city. I didn't have a choice when I was moving at the time so I had to come here and now I don't really have a choice either because I can't drive so..like I said I'm trying to make the best of the situation, but I don't like it at all.

Yes, the in-laws are still in town. We were down your way yesterday for an appointmet. Holy rainstorm @2:30! Could hardly see to drive and there was a bit of hail. A tree fell on the road right in front of us. We were behind a truck with trailer, and hubby had left more than a car's length of room between us. The tree caught the edge of the trailer, but totally missed us. There was no traffic in the other lane so we could get right around it. Then the traffic lights were out along Wonderland. Thankfully people were minding their mannners and remembering to treat the intersections as 4 way stops. Then the rain stopped and we had a decent drive home. Although we did pick up some beer before going home.
Yea meant the one downtown

Think I saw something from the radio stations mentioning about the roads being bad like 30 minute waits at Oxford and Wonderland due to traffic - to avoid at all costs. Glad the rest of the drive home was decent after that light bit of while in town
