You must get a ton of snow!

I moved to the desert a couple of years ago to get away from the cold and snow.

I like having 4 distinct seasons. It would be nicer if winter just lasted a few weeks.

Lizzy - I'm not sure how I'd deal with the heat you get.

Chris was that concert here in town?
The snow is just starting here now. Glad we're home. And yes, the concert was in town. We stayed at the Station Park and walked over. Stopped at an interesting looking bar for supper first. It was dead and we wondered how they stayed in business. Walking back, the place was all lined up with 3 bouncers checking ID. It was a young crowd, so not sure what had them out on a Monday night.

Chris - glad your trip was so much fun!

Leanne - hope you get that gift card. You can never have too much coffee.

Lizzy - that so funny that you said you that about the snow being stepped on. When I visit Michigan I always think the show is so beautiful and I would love for it to snow on occasion where I live (it does not snow here). But then people start driving on in and walking on it and making icky black snow, black ice, and it all starts looking so gross. Then I am reminded of why I live away from the snow

Sarah - that sounds like a good place to live in Canada. You get snow but as much as most others.

Listening to the radio about how rain is just out of town like St.Thomas|Woodstock - so its gonna start but its still well above 0

Which concert did you see? haven't been there since BSB back in 2013 or 2014 when my sister won nosebleeds the day before - played hookie from work

Which bar was it? well I know Fanshawe is on strike - no idea if Western too

Chris, I hope you enjoy your first snowfall of the year.

Awww BSB-such a fun show-very nostalgic!

The heat is definitely intense. I'd still take it over snow.

There's a bit of snow on the ground here, although not as much as they were predicting. It was a rude awakening.

That's too bad about the accidents.

It's finally getting really comfortable here-80s during the day and 60s at night.

Amy - I'm not the least bit disappointed about not getting more snow.

Sarah - Unfortunately the first snow fall of the season always results in accidents. People can never seem to remember to slow down when the roads are slippery.

Lizzy - I'm jealous of your weather.

Just got back from bottling a batch of wine.
