When I started watching it I knew Doctors (and Companions) would come and go, so I was ready for it. As for the switch to female, knowing it was canonically possible I was more than ready for it. The Master turning into Missy sort of prepared the way...

Ugh, tried to put the pool filter motor on for a few hours and then an hour later, I noticed the pool going down and discovered one of the hoses popped off and the water was pouring out

. Now we have to wait for the water to get below the drain and then refill and figure out why the hose came off when the filter pump was on.

That sucks that you'd have to do it all over again.

Just went down memory lane by skipping over to the old LP where believe it was there that we met related to the few months I was mainly camped in Chester's thread

back at the beginning of 2005

We could have met at HP before but its been since begin of 2005 since we've known each other

I don't know how LP will survive without him. He sang most of the songs.

I've been really upset since I've found out today.

listened to a lot of LP earlier where I really do think they need to

close the band down

Yea Mike sings but Chester was majorly

so if Mike wants to start something up after the fact but really feel they shouldn't continue without Chester

I would respect that. I know that they would want to continue and Chester would want that but I don't know. It won't be the same if he's not singing the songs.

Mike has talent and I just feel that it would be a lot easier to go do a different band cause a lot of it was the back and forth together in songs - Mike would sing some and than Chester - Chester had ones he sang all but like one of my fave's where its both

It's such a shame that he is gone. I love LP and have forever. They were one of my fav bands when I was younger.

Sad news about Chester Bennington.

It might be a bit soon for the band to think about replacing him, but it happens.

Amy, I didn't know you like LP.

Sarah, they cancelled the rest of their U.S. tour now which is expected. I really have no idea what's next for the band. I think we won't hear anything until after Chester's funeral.

Yea I saw it on Facebook and than again in the LP thread. Honestly wasn't shocked

they've got the funeral

and than a real hard decision to where to go from there and what to do about the band

Lindsay - yes they were one of my fav bands at one point in time. I liked them best when they mixed rock and hip hop/rap together. I think 2000 - 2010 were my fav years for them. The last few years I haven't enjoyed their music as much because they changed their music style so much. But I still love listening to their music from their earlier days and own a few of their albums. Hybrid Theory is still my fav album of their's.

It is such a sad situation

I wish Chester could have gotten the help he needed while he was alive

The news about Chester is very sad, and it just goes to show no matter how much someone may appear to have in life, depression is a disease that can touch anyone.
