Bec, yes I was worried it was a sign of depression which is why I offered a support phone line for him to contact which is similar to councilling. I think he needs guidance so I also referred him to the personnel manager.

Yes, it's sad to think about people bottling up how they feel. I think it's a issue that we should all embrace and help them. I think the teenagers today have been showed how they are meant to sound and be, and how to look and also how they and told that those things are important for them which I disagree about. Too much pressure on them.

Vicki, my dog is 4 y.o, the other is 3. They're still young but still. I think you made a good decision regarding the employee. You really can't tell if he's telling the truth or not. He hasn't done it before so maybe it was just a lapse from him.

Bec, I will but tbh, I don't want to go back there anymore and see all those sick dogs. We even saw this tiny puppy walking like he was dizzy. Turns out he has a cataract. Waaaaaaahhh.

Aww your dogs are still babies. You never know what dogs can pick up from fields, gardens, etc. I'm always checking my dogs ears and his skin. Can never be too careful.
