It may only be November, but winter has arrived here. Not a lot of snow, but it's stormy and highway is closed and school was cancelled today.

We caught the beginning of the Polar Vortex on Friday morning on our way to the city. But it only went as far as the southern bit of the state, so there was absolutely no snow or rain when we got to the airport!

I am enjoying London, but I really miss home. There's nothing like Beanie town. The coffee, food (though food here is incomparably better than back in the states), beddings... The mattress and pillows are horrible! Oh, and the people. They are not disgustingly PSA.

I hope you all are having a wonderful week.

Chris, that's because of 'light' snow?

I'm glad you had fun in London, Bec. It's already snowing there too?

No, there isn't any snow here, just rain mostly. But there has been times when it stopped and the sun was out yesterday... the first time since we've been here, pretty much.

Today is our last day in London.

Bec - which attraction in London was your favourite?

The problem here is high winds that blow the snow around causing white-outs and heavy drifting. Hubby seen over 20 cars in the ditch on his way to work yesterday.

I would say London Eye. Then Bridge of London. Then the poppies at the castle.

It was in the teens Fahrenheit in my state today! It's supposed to get warmer over the weekend. We missed all the crazy weather!

It's been flurrying on and off the last few days, and it's freezing.

Gosh, I'm envious of the weather you're all having there.

Bec, enjoy your last day in London.

Chris, yikes!

Here too. The wind has been terrible. A damp cold that cuts right through you.

Lindsay - you're more than welcome to it. Want to come shovel the driveway for me?

LOL, just so I can feel cold, yes Chris. I was hoping it will get cooler here but the weather is like freaking summer.

Chris - I went back home, to Massachusetts. I got back home at around 9:30 PM.

It's freezing here compared to what it was in London!

Ah, in that case, welcome home Bec!

It's cold here too. We got almost a foot of snow last night. I see a date with a shovel in my future.

Bec, it's even colder there than in London? *jealous*

Hi Aroa! Awww, I hope you have a stress-free week ahead.

<--- is envious of Chris and her cold weather there. I'm wearing tanks and shorts for crying out loud, it's almost December! I am willing to shovel everything there I swear.
