I have rhubarb too. It was planted by the man who had the allotment before I did. I'm growing beans, potatoes, strawberries, cherries, garlic, parsnips, and flowers.

I didn't cook much over Easter. I bought ready cooked pork and lamb and roasted a load of vegetables in olive oil and herbs.

Julie - sounds like a nice variety. I really like a mix of carrots and parsnips roasted with olive oil & basil.

I love roasted garlic with the vegetables.

It's turned colder here in England too. It had been hot for a few days.

It is warm and lovely here but my workplace was so cold my teeth were practically chattering and when I asked about turning up the heat I was told without students they likely won’t put up heat. I don’t get thats it’s warmer in the hallways than the library there, not nice to have staff freeze if we have to be there.

I do like being able to leave the house though and have projects to do.

Leanne - isn't there a way to put the heat up just in your room? Or maybe ask them for a space heater? At least the weather should be warming up soon. My bro-in-law is a teacher and he doesn't go into school, but has to provide an hour of online programming each day for his students.

I'm fine thanks, Chris. I have only just managed to access after not being able to all day. I think it was my Wi-Fi. It's such a relief to be back.

No, I can’t control the temperature myself. It gets controlled off site today didn’t feel as cold!

I had fun at work, I think I like working alone without my coworkers, having something to do and listening to my own podcasts or music which makes work go faster.

Now it’s raining when I was expecting sunny for the next week. Glad it’s the weekend too.
