Good thing I already got rid of old clothes, books and such. I still have to get rid of more stuff now that I’ve seen how small new condos are!

It’s complicated cause thanks to my brother’s divorce, everyone gets shuffled around in our living areas again. It’s just a bit nuts the past year and this year with changes going on, but I think it’s unfair to me to have to move and end up paying more through no fault of my own.

No, I’ve moved a couple of times before but I’ve lived here since 2008 so I feel settled. But I may be moving as soon as next month. I found a place but I hate how everything like rent is so expensive!

A good thing is it’s really close to the freeway which will be convenient for commuting since I work out of town! this place is only seen as temporary though, not permanent. Maybe only a year or so.

HAHA! Yeah, rent is expensive but hey, if you have a job, it's all good.

That's one of my biggest factors when moving: near work, transportation/commute, nearest hospital & mall. Although apartments/condos near malls are super expensive but it's convenient when doing your groceries or you need to just step out to buy food.

Leanne - at least you've found a place and don't have to worry about where you'll be living.

Lindsay - convenience of amenities is an important consideration. Lots of people here move out of town to the country to get a bigger lot … then realize that they're continually driving their children to activities, or have to come to town for shopping. Then in a few years they're moving back to town.

Yeah, while it's expensive, living in the city is just really convenient for everything. One of my major factor is near work because the traffic here is terrible. The other factors I only consider as added amenities.

I remember when I went on vacation last March and we went to this remote place. After the 2nd day, I wanted to go back to the city because while country living is relaxing, the chaotic city life is what I'm used to and I was craving for fast food which they didn't have over there (at least where we were staying).

Well, my meeting to apply for that apartment fell out cause they found someone earlier today than me getting there

But then my dad found an almost identical listing in a similar building so I’ll go through the process again for this one!

The family above me is gone for the weekend so I’ll have the house to myself and will be nice and quiet when I’m here! I hardly ever get the house to myself now!
