It has been storming a lot lately. Last night the storms woke me up at least twice with the thunder being so loud. It's supposed to rain/storm again tomorrow but after that we should have at least a few days of sunshine.

Amy - It's so unsettling to be woken up by a thunderstorm. It's raining here too. At least you have some forecasted sunshine to look forward to.

Julie - any particular type of skiing you prefer to watch? I see people doing those aerial jumps and wonder how they ever got the courage to try it the first time.

Mel - I finished The Mystery Guest. If you enjoyed The Maid, you'll probably enjoy this. We get some flashbacks of Molly growing up with her gran, which I found nice background.

Norman - are you planning on checking out any stores this weekend?

Amy - That’s good. No flooding has affected me. But I was shocked how high the San Jacinto River was close to me. There this big go cart, boat, fun outdoors kind of place that completely flooded. And parts of 2854 flooded not far from me.

Lasagna sounds yummy.

My stomach is feeling unsettled tonight.

I did laundry today but other than that have just relaxed at home. It was a tiring week.

The sun finally came out here yesterday afternoon so hubby bbq'd burgers for supper. We both seem to be getting our appetites back, so that's a good sign that we're getting over this.

Chris, I prefer to watch Alpine skiing (Downhill, Super G, slalom and Giant slalom) and biathlon (skiing and shooting at targets).

Amy, I don't like to watch cricket, baseball, basketball and American football.
