Well, that is actually because I uploaded this one from my computer. It seems the problem lies with the ones already on FF (the pre-done ones) from which we can choose from.

That seems to be it. It won't load for me either. I'm not sure why. Maybe because it's not one of our newer icons so it can't load properly?

It is odd because those show up just fine on our posts just not on our profiles. Before this one, I think I took one from 2011's batch of icons? I chose the one with this girl reading a book (we just see her bottom half). Anyway, just thought it was strange that the icon appeared in some places but not in other places. Ha! No worries. I was just trying to figure out how that made any sense! I wonder if I can save any of the pre-made ones on my computer. And if I uploaded it from there, would it still look broken? Curiosity! lol

Did you try doing that? Although that's a hassle since they're pre-loaded here so that means you don't have to worry about saving them.

Yes, I just did! Came out fine when I first downloaded the icon to my computer. So it has something to do with all the pre-made ones on FF. This one is from 2011. I didn't think I had such great memory, haha.

Let me try a newer one to see if it may just be the old ones acting up.

Edit: Nope, this one of The Flash looks broken also on my profile. Take a look. I'll keep it up for now. Time for bed!

Maybe (though it would be a lot of work) all the pre-made ones need to be re-uploaded or picture server needs a refresh?

It might have to do with the older default icons being moved to an archive when newer ones are uploaded.

Hi I am trying to post some pictures I took from a convention but I am having trouble. do any of you how to do it?

First you'll need to upload the pictures to the internet. photobucket.com, imgur.com and tinypic.com are sites that provide free hosting. Most of them offer directions as to how to post on message boards. you'll need the link with IMG tags.
