I think that a guy like Steve would catch my eye AND keep my interest. Big was just too much drama in my eyes and I'm not into that. Carrie may be, but I prefer live to be relatively drama-free.

Really? I always thought of Big as the non-drama guy. He didn't want to get too close to deal with any drama. He was more laid back and 'let's just have fun' and that's it.

Okay, my initial answer to this thread question was In a heartbeat! I have always gone for the adorable geeky sweethearts, always! And, Steve fits that description to a 'T! I loved just how crazy in love with Miranda he was, and how no matter what he always stood by her. I also loved how whenever she would be bitchy to him, he would only take it for so long, and not anymore. I loved how he never changed his personality to suite her, or anyone for that matter, he was always just how he orignially was, Steve. I think guys like Steve are just so rare and hard to come by, so if I ever met one, I'd hope I'd never make the huge mistake of ever letting him go.

diana: I just think of Big and the whole affair ... that was major drama, in my eyes. Plus, Big appeared to be giving into Carrie and then he'd pull away from her.

Yes, he created a lot of drama. But I think the real drama-queen in that relationship was Carrie, because she kept going back to him (yet she knew how he felt and how he behaved) and then demanded a lot of things from him.

Carrie was definitely a drama queen. However, I don't think Big helped the situation. I think they both fed off the drama, which is why I think they were perfect together.
