Ok so it was a show about sex, and they had lots of it. Anyone have a particular scene that, when they watched it, made them blush? Have you ever caught an episode with mom, dad or just a visitor, in the room and became embarrassed when certain scenes came on?

I remember one afternoon I was watching the show and my mom stopped by just to say hello. One scene came on, I believe it might have been the one with Miranda and the "messy eater" that got "stuff" all over his face. I had watched it a million times before and it never bothered me, but my mom's eyes got kind of wide and she was like.. "Michelle, what are you watching?" I laughed and told her she should try to actually watch a whole episode. Somehow I don't think she would like the show as much as me though.

Anyone have something similar to that happen? Or any scene in particular you think might have went too far?

haha yeah I can rely to that ... I was watching the episode whene Samantha lost her osgams and was lying in bed masturbating .. and my mum came in, looked at me with wide eyes and told me to stop that porn show

I remember the very first time I ever watched SATC was when I rented the DVD with Samantha and the Fireman... do yoyu guys know what I'm talking about? My Mom walked in and her jaw practically dropped to the floor. Then she started laughing. Actually, that scene didn't make me blush, it just embarassed the hell out of me.

The one scene that really made me blush was when Sam finally got Smith to her apartment.

I forget what happend with the fireman. Sam had so many they sorta blend together. Was that where they were ontop of the fire truck and then the bell rang and they got caught?

Ohh.. I just remembered another one, when Samantha and Maria were together and Maria did her.. uh well thing.. you know. That def made me blush.

I thought of another scene. The one where Miranda's with the guy who likes to lick I won't go into more details but that was pretty funny. I don't think I could watch that one with my mom.

Definitely the scene with Sam & Smith when they had sex for the first time... My mom was in the room and there was this looong scene with all different positions...

Oh, I remember that scene. It kept going and going and going.. which was very good for Sam But not very good if mom's in the room.

I was watching Sex and the City on DVD, with my mom. In season 6 when Samantha gives Smith a blow job. Normally this wouldn’t it bother me, but I was with my mom.

I would have been mortified if my mom had been in the room and we saw that scene together. My mother in law also watches SATC too. But, I know that I would be way too embarrassed to watch some episodes with her. Like the one where the man and the woman are getting it on in the apartment across the street from Carrie's apartment and all the girls are watching. I didn't think anything of it at all watching it alone, but if I had to watch that scene with my mother in law =

My mom loves SatC. But we don't watch it that much together.

I'm good as long as there's no nudity involved. I'm not embarrassed to watch other scenes with my friends or family.

Me and my mom watch the show together but some parts in the show made me feel a bit uncomfortable when my mom is around watching with me, but she just seems to laugh it off. Its weird.
