awful, written on video that 4 united employees had to on plan on last minute and asked passengers to give up their seats and they called his seat randomly and when he refused the man officer done that!

The law is on their side because overbooking is allowed and i suppose that you agree to that when you buy a ticket even if you don't know.

They had a right to ask him to move for sure but it's the level of aggression that's unbelievable. Two teeth knocked out and a broken nose?! They don't put that in the small print!
Imagine if every business dealt with disgruntled/stubborn customers like that - most people wouldn't have any teeth left __________________

How can they think anyone will accept it gracefully say "oh ok I'll get off"! Especially when you've made it that far and sat down etc.
