| Episode #102 Discussion - Models And Mortals Ok time to break out those DVD's again! The next episode is Models and Mortals. Its the episode where we get the term Modelizer. Post your thoughts here.  Here's the mini-plot: "Miranda makes the mistake of going out with a "modelizer." Samantha dates a voyeuristic modelizer who likes to videotape women he sleeps with; Carrie goes home with Stanford's new client, Derek the Underwear Model." | This was what Willie Garson (Standford) said about the episode in the SATC book: This episode was the first time we'd done a fashion show. It was late, about one o'clock in the morning, and Candace Bushnell stopped by and said, "I want to be in it. I'm going to sit next to Standford." We were trying to explain to her that if she sat down, she would be there for the next five hours; that it's not just this one shot. So they talked her out of it. It's so interesting to remember that fashion show and compare it to the one in Season Four, when we had a huge budget. It felt really great the first season because we didn't know.
