What happens if we don't hit the mandatory postcounts? Is it ok to not hit a few now and again?

Well if we don't make 15 posts per day for the whole month we go on the low post count warning list and if we go on that twice in 6 months our board will be closed down.
It's ok to hit a low number if we can do a good count the next week but I'd rather just have good counts every week  __________________
