Sophia Bush - Three Strikes System & Rules- Updated 6/13/06: Please Read & Respond

Caroline and I have decided to bring in a Three Strikes Rule to this board. We didn't want it to have to go this far but we have had to edit posts and hand out warnings even after we just posted new rules onto this board and we have asked everyone to read and respond to this. Also, we have encouraged posters to ask questions if they have any but have not received any which leads us to believe that you understand these rules and will follow them. We have however not seen much improvement as are thus bringing this new Strike System.

The Three Strikes System works in this way: If a poster breaks ANY rule, they get ONE warning. When we say break ANY rule, we really mean any rule so please read through all of them carefully below. Once you then have TWO warnings, you get one STRIKE. When a poster has TWO strikes, we recommend that she or he gets a temorary ban. Three strike is a permanent ban.

So as follows:
Two warnings - One strike
Four warnings - Two strikes - Temporary ban
Six warnings - Permanent ban

;Being OT(Off Topic) is not allowed. We are not saying that you can never say anything that is OT but continuously posting randomness that does not apply to the thread title is not allowed.

;Posting on every thread just to say 'Hello', 'Love the arts

' should not be done often. We are happy that posters are eager to post here but there is no point in bumping every thread and filling your name on every thread if you don't have anything to add other than a simple hello. Again, this does not mean that you can't ever do that and have to post long paragraphs on every thread but to do this over and over is not permitted.

;Do not quote pictures or icons. If you do, please edit out the picture or just leave the link to it. This goes in every thread, even the icon and picture thread.

;Long signatures are not allowed. If you have a problem with someone's signature, PM me or Caroline with it and we will handle the situation. Do not PM the poster yourself or bring it up in a thread. If you are unsure how long your signature can be, you can look at the Official FF rules or PM either me or Caroline.

;If someone is having a disagreement or a fight in a thread, do not interfere. This will only add fuel to the fire and wait for the moderators to handle the situation.

We have compilied these rules together and they apply to everybody. Please read through them carefully and follow them. If you have any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to PM one or both of us. We will be more than happy to answer them!
