I know, I hate when people don't look at you, as a person, but as a fan of the couple/character they hate most. Then, that results in hatred toward you. It's stupid.

None of my friends watch OTH, and I told them they're all better off

But I can understand it sometimes since only those of us who ship the same couple or like the same characters really talk a whole lot online. Only a few of us really know much about each others real lives.

Yes its soo silly. I love Brooke and BL but im also a fan of Hilarie and Joy. I love NH and dislike Rachel, but im a fan of Daneel. But oh no, Peyton isnt my FAV CHARACTER EVEA!!!11 so im not a Hilarie fan.

I just stick to the Soph board and the BL thread mostly. For my own safety.

I understand, too, because that's how you first start talking on boards, when you have a common interest. But then there comes a time when others maybe try to gain more friends of other ships and likings, but aren't accepted because they don't like them. It's like, we can talk about other things, too! There's a whole lot more to life than just OTH!

Now, I have to admit, I'm being a wee bit hypocritical in a way. I was in the same boat at one point. I had a great LP friend whom I bet on a OTH board. For the most part, we talked about things other than OTH. Then, when I was in a bad mood and sick of this show's crap, I let it go to my head and made a very rude comment about something on the show. That cost me a great friendship and I totally regret it. Now I realize that it's stupid to let something so fake and dumb get in the way of a friendship. That's why I don't pass judgement on people until I get to know them, and I sure as hell don't judge them just because they like a ship different than mine. I just wish other people could do that, too.

The only actress I like, even though I dislike the character is Danneel.

And truthfully, I don't hate Rachel that much. I dislike her actions a lot of the time, and I kinda resent how Mark is putting her in with Brooke and having Brooke be all friendly with her when Rachel isn't being a good friend back, but ...

Same with me. Some I hate, or well, one, and others I just don't care for.

Joy and Sophia are the only ones I LOVE. I like Bevin and Danneel, too.

I love Sophia and Joy as well, and basically all of the adults and minor characters.

Everyone else I strongly dislike, if not hate. That probably makes me cold-hearted, but I can't help what I hear and know.

Well since we're all jumping in.. I LOVE Sophia and Joy too.

And I know Rachel can be an evil bitch but I like her character. She's like Brooke, except a more evil and bitchy version. I really don't have many problems with her. I've never liked Peyton, so that doesn't really matter. But you know, I totally get what you guys are saying.. just because you don't necessary like a certain character doesn't mean you automatically don't like the actor or actress that plays them. Eh well, sometimes I don't really follow that, but thats okay.

I love all the actors/actresses except one for obvious reasons. I have no reasons to hate the others. Just because I don't like a character doesn't effect me liking the actor. None of them have given me reasons to hate them. Unlike others who make up reasons.
