Just before having her overdose, she called her cousin Brooke and told her everything about Michael... Michael, made some reseach about Brooke because she was really close to Sara and decides to watch her. He found her in Tree Hill and soon Brooke is feeling spied on.. She finds out it's Michael Scofield and decides on revenge for what he did to Sara. At the end, she decides to talk to him and invites him over. Aww, if you didn't know any better.. you would assume they are real .
