Decided to do a little something to help my body recover from all those restaurants. I will do some king of fasting. I will only eat from 12PM to 8PM, so a 16hours diet, nothing before or after anymore to give my stomach & liver some much needed detox & rest.
I started this yesterday and this is going well so far. __________________

Should be okay in the morning because i HATE eating right after waking up....but it might be a little hard after 8PM
