why do you hate season two so much Sam? I don't think it's that bad.

Copying from what I have wrote about my dislike of it in the past:

• BL 2.0 and how little sense it made for Lucas to suddenly feel the way he did
  
• Jake/Peyton
  
• Felix
  
• The tour storyline (I get the point of it, but it was still pretty poorly handled)
  
• Dan being a cartoon villain
  
• The Lucas playing detective arc
  
• Peyton's drug storyline
  
• The Jules arc
  
• How Anna is written (she had potential imo, but unsurprisingly that got wasted)
  
• LP going from one of the most important relationships to barely having any scenes.

Bet that's the main reason

I loved season 2 :

I was a BL shipper and they had amazing buil up
the first half of the season had awesome episodes with BHP
Brooke's character developement
Keller
Jake/Peyton

I disliked: FELIX / Lack of Haley in the second half / Anna was boring

Don't really agree with BL having amazing build up, especially since 2x10 came completely out of nowhere. It's how I figured that Chad/Sophia were a thing, lol

Agree with those points, besides the JP obviously lol

I do agree that the season 1 finale episodes were leading up towards LP and that BL happened because of Chad/Sophia but I still think they had crazy chemistry & scenes in s2.

They did have great chemistry, but that's not a good enough reason to completely change direction of the show at a drop of a hat imo.

well, I agree with the Felix and Anna stuff, the tour went on too long and was messy. isn't Dan always a cartoon villain. Peytons drug storyline could have been much, much better. I didn't mind Jules too much.

why didn't you like Jake/Peyton?

He wasn't in S1

Just didn't work romantically for me, felt like they happened because the writers wanted to justify BL more than actually wanting them to be a thing.

Jake/Peyton had built up in S1 though.

Didn't see it when I rewatched it not to long ago, plus Peyton was all about Lucas that season.
