Sam was suppose to come back in season 8; from 813 to 817 but things just didn't work out according to plan.
Mark had Sam pregnant and was going to have Brooke and Julian adopt her child. The Chloe arc wasn't suppose to happen. |

I'm glad it was scrapped, imagine Brooke raising her former foster's child baby? Awful, the Brooke/Sam relationship and Sam's character would have been tainted. I'm glad it didn't work out.

I agree with you, as much as I wanted for Sam to come back, I wouldn't have liked that possible SL at all.

well... seeing like that it sounds bad but maybe if we had actually seen it on screen, it would be different, it won't be the first time that we have storylines/episodes that may sound insane but once you watch it on screen, they look better

Meh, i love Sam a LOT but seeing her:
- 1) get pregnant, would have changed her character and would have made her quite cliché (the young rebelious girl ending up pregnant just like her mom and give up her baby just like her mom). - 2) would have changed her dynamic with Brooke and i would have ever felt like the baby was really Brooke's. It wouldn't have been a regular/normal adoption. - 3) I guess just like the Chloe arc, Sam would have kept the baby.....character assassination + relationship assassination for Brooke/Sam __________________

the idea of Sam pregnant wouldn't be a great one. her whole story line was to be a better person and stay out of trouble. and i'd hate for her to come back into brooke's life just because she needs money and a place to stay.
