Yeah they would have been a very interesting couple. He's similar to Lucas in some ways, i.e the broodiness, but unlike Lucas I don't think Ryan would have cheated on Brooke.

 I still find it really weird how Chad was so close to actually being Ryan. I'm so happy it worked out the way it did though and he played Lucas and Ben got the part of Ryan.__________________

I was a huge R/M shipped so for me they were meant to be together, but Ryan/Brooke would certainly have made a hot couple.

she was great in the beginning but i started to not like her as the series went on__________________

I didn't like what they did with her for most of S3 but it was good to see her more herself come the end even if it did end very badly.
