I have no idea what is going to happen when the show starts again. I hate this long hiatus.

I don't quite understand the logic of OTH going off the air for so long every year. Supposedly it is one of their highest rated shows so why lose viewers and advertising dollars???

Yeah, my point exactly. I really, really think this hiatus is way too long and it would be nice to have a christmas episode. OTH is a really good show and from what I understand, it has a lot of fans. The OTH board here is the one that has most traffic or one of them anyway.

Christmas in Tree Hill is over. I still think it was really stupid to make this year and last year one year. Maybe when s3 starts, he'll change the numbers, so that it can be the same as the calender year.

It would be nice to see Tree Hill celebrate a holiday......any holiday.....Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day......the Fourth of July......maybe the rest of the season will be summer vacation!!! I hope so.

I think like 90210 is the only show to show both summer and Christmas. I really want to see that on OTH. Almost every show has had a Christmas ep.

I wish they would show summer in Tree Hill. Because, seriously, there's no way they should still be in school. I thought the formal was the Junior Prom....

I like how Mark had Nathan say "Why do you think they had the formal on a Sunday" to explain why they were going to school the next day....for once.

I also think that making season one and season two the same year was exceptionally stupid on Mark's part. They've taken the essence of the show away by not having the basketball subplot. The show was originally about two basketball-playing brothers who have issues with the father. By not featuring basketball or having Whitey around, you lose a huge aspect of the show. I hope the basketball returns next year.

ITA! I don't know whatt he WB were thinking when requesting less basketball. That is what the show was about and I love those scenes they had in school. Where the heck have they all gone?

I think they need to get back to the root of the show for me to be able to ever enjoy it again. I want to see Luke and Nathan have disagreements and not be all "I love you, man." I also want to see more interaction with Dan from them both and more basketball. When you run away from the base of the show, you run into all kinds of problems.
