Sophia Bush - 5.07 'In Da Club' Episode Discussion.

{ In Da Club }

It's a Tree Hill reunion as the entire gang gathers at Tric to see The Honorary Title perform. While Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) see this as an opportunity to introduce their musical act, Carrie (guest star Torrey DeVitto, "Beautiful People") sees it as a chance to get closer to Nathan (James Lafferty).

Brooke (Sophia Bush) forces an unsuspecting Mouth (Lee Norris) to go on a blind date with Millicent (guest star Lisa Goldstein).

Lindsey (guest star Michaela McManus, "The Beautiful Lie") confronts Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) about sneaking off to see Peyton.

Antwon Tanner also stars. Greg Prange directed the episode written by Mike Herro and David Strauss.

Sophia's lines were so awesome in this episode!

Brooke's scenes with the bartender made me crack up and the first scene with the whole gang in TRIC was awesome. The drink thing was so funny.

Overall a great episode for Sophia.

Brooke was great yesterday even if I didn't appreciate what she said to Peyton about her and Lucas as I man a BL fan .
I also feel like Brooke is a great friend but the others aren't because everyone is asking her to help them but I think she's the one who needs help :she's single ; her mother is a bitch and no one cares !!

The Owen /Brooke scenes were funny and I like him , he's really hot and he seems nice : maybe Brooke will find the man of her life !!

oh gosh!!!! I want to slap that stupid Carrie, she gets more annoying by the minute

Peyton too btw!!! Sorry for the ones who like her, but she's sooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying!!!!!! Bitching about everything and everyone

but for the rest it was a great episode

Mouth and Millicent are great together

the LP kiss was

I was glad to see Peyton put back in her place at the end
even if Lucas just proposed to Lindsay cause...he was scared of loosing her? scared of his feelings for Peyton?
atleast he didn't choose P. now, that's good enough for me

The episode wasn´t the best but it did have some good parts,I guess

First of all the group scene,I loved even though it was short and it was basically just them downing the shots but still it was nice to see the gang all together at one place again. We haven´t had much of that,except for the Derby thing they all went to.

Brooke was all kinds of amazing in this episode of course and she was sooo beautiful.I think this is the most beautiful she was ever been since s 5 started airing

And I loved her scenes.There could have been more of course,but in those we got she was so good.She brought the fun in last nights episode where everyone was basically pining over someone else or just being depressed

I loved her interaction with Owen,not bc of owen the character but bc of the way Brooke acted.I didn´t like her being all highschool girly on him with giggles but she was pretty funny.Also when Milicent arrived and she ignored Owen´s comment about Mili being the prettiest girl in the room

I liked the BM scenes but I feel like their friendship was somehow different in this episode.Like it´s not what it used to be.Maybe it´s just a feeling

The BP stuff I loved too.It was basically mostly about Peyton and her problems,but what else is new.I liked the scene where Brooke told her who she didn´t call a bitch that night but I hated their last scene.It made me sick.I can´t believe that Mark actually had Brooke say all that stuff.It is basically as if he changed Brooke completely.Like she is suddenly ok with cheating and doesn´t care who gets hurt in the process.
I was just very disappointed to see that Brooke didn´t even seem to care about Lindsay in this game LP are playing which is completely different from how she felt in 504 when she told Peyton this isn´t high school anymore and that LL are happy and she should let it be.

I don´t get where this change comes from all of a sudden.

And also Brooke basically degrading her and Lucas´ relationship and their feelings for each other to the one of LL is so sad.It´s basically making fun of the BL fanbase and everything we have believed in for so many seasons.Those season are basically what kept us watching this show and with Mark having Brooke say that,it basically seems like it was all just for fun and a joke and didn´t mean anything bc Lucas was always in love with Peyton and was always meant to be with her. Whatever.

The Victoria and Brooke scenes were at some points funny and at some pathetic when you consider how Victoria is acting - and all that just so the business doesn´t suffer.It´s like the woman has a heart of stone.

I felt really really bad for Lindsay.She is clearly in love with Lucas and she would do anything to keep him, and I think her reaction was pretty normal.She is naive though but I especially feel bad now bc she was so happy to have been put that ring on her finger even though it probably even wasn´t for the right reasons.

IMO there was too much Mia.I am not really liking her character or the actress,I dunno really

NH were super cute.I am liking them this season very much and they are a very big part of why I still watch the show.It sucks that they are dealing with the whole nanny drama but it´s a tv show and it´s drama and it´s the done thing it hasn´t been done with NH,so I guess it works.

Youre right, I didn't look at it from that perspective

it makes me hate Peyton even more, I don't think Ive ever hated Peyton this much

and it's growing with every new episode

I didn't like the epi so much, Brooke made it for me like always, although I didn't like her and Peytons last scene.
But I did enjoy Brooke with Owen, so I hope to see more of that in the future.

i liked the episode mostly. k-fed is always a good laugh. and i liked the bp stuff and well okay...i did get reallly reallly angry when it was over, but that's me and my otp for lp. and trust, i'd be breaking a lot of rules if i told you how i really felt. haha.

Of course I love Brooke in this episode, I do feel sorry for her and her mom thing. It doesn't seem like they have a close relationship. Let me just say that I hate Victoria, she's a slut.

I do love BP scenes, and BM, and also the bartender. She cracks me up.

Of course I love NH, just not the nanny. I don't like her.

I love Peyton, but sometimes she annoys me. She can be really really annoying.

Seeing BL fans here, I like to say that I also love LP, except that I love BL more than LP. I love LP friendship. I always knew the love triangle will come back.

I do like Lindsay but she sometimes annoying. Wow.

I found lots of people on the show annoying.

Let me just say, OTH dissappoints me. I wished for Jamie/Brooke scenes.

And that was like few weeks ago, and it never came. OTH, you owe me Jamie/Brooke scenes. I'm sorry, I love Jamie. He's such a cutie.

I thought that episode was ordinary

There was nothing going on and Peyton was so annoying

..and I hate that Lucas was always trying to find her..when he has a gf..even though I still don't like Lindsey

Like Lindsey said: Everything involves Peyton! She was EVERYWHERE!

Carrie is so very wierd! I hate her even more. Victoria is such not a great mother..It's so sad for Brooke

Brooke, what happened to "the one boy you might've lost everything for" ??? Has she given up on him --- don't wanna wait for him anymore to realize that you are the one he's been looking for all this time, eh? Yeah, i get what you mean coz Lucas is just ...

Anyway, Carrie is Derek Part 2. Lindsay is Brooke Part 2 though i feel sorry for her coz Lucas is just ... and I kinda like her coz she just told Peyton she doesn't like her --- to her face, plain and simple. Well, pucas is always pucas --- All the lies they have to tell the people they love and sadly, to themselves as well just to fight for their so called true love. Yeah right.

They should just get together so they'd know how it feels -- Oh but they did that already.. and it was boring.

Sorry. I love lucas and peyton separately and their relationship with others and at times when the LP friendship didn't cross any other line nor hurt others... Can we just have Karen or Jamie back please? Now, please?

Brooke and Victoria what total bitch really how horrible is she all she does it out Brooke down and just upset her .

Brooke and Mouth I love there friendship and how she set him up with Millie(who is so sweet by the way)i think her a and Mouth make a great couple.

Brooke and Naley I liked the scene all be it short with those three it was a cute and funny scene.

Brook and Owen I think he is going to be great for Brooke just what she needs.

I didn't like what she said too but it's what she thinks/feels. I think when Brooke let Lucas go in S4 she always had hope that he'll come back to her just like in S2. But I guess she's starting to think the opposite.
