Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) receives an unlikely visitor – his supposedly dead Uncle Keith (guest star Craig Sheffer). Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) life and the life of her unborn child are threatened when she experiences serious complications with her pregnancy and Nathan (James Lafferty) wrestles with the guilt and consequences of his dealings with Daunte (guest star Rick Fox, “Oz”). Dan (Paul Johansson) tries to make amends for Keith's murder. Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Brooke (Sophia Bush) try to patch up their differences. Lee Norris, Moira Kelly, Barbara Alyn Woods, Barry Corbin and Danneel Harris also star.

This whole episdoe was basically about praising Lucas and Peyton. Argh.

Okay so I thought it was a pretty good episode. I loved seeing Keith again and knowing he will always be with Lucas. It was really sweet and I admit I cried. Loved that Haley didn't lose the baby. NH had so many cute moments even when Haley is in a coma. They are too sweet. And James was adorable and so good with the emotion. When he was talking to Haley about hanging on and moving her fingers that was a great moment.

Seeing BP try to be friends again was another high moment. When Brooke showed on the bridge that spoke volumes to me about how much they need each other. And Brooke was right. They'll never be the way they were before but they can start over from here. Their friendship is very important to the show. I love that they both went to Lucas and Haley for the other. But honestly that was kinda crap. I loved the intention behind it but please. All Peyton has to say to Haley at this time is to come back to be there for Brooke because she can't. She can't be there even after all the times Brooke has been their for her? I know, like I said before, things are different but she is the one who wants it back the way it was. And all Brooke has to say is Lucas needs to come back for Peyton? What about for Nathan, Haley, Karen, and herself?

And finally no matter how much they try to convince us, I will never believe that LP is meant to be. It was so much focused on how Lucas saved Peyton and what he brought to her life. And that now she was gonna try to save him. What about the 2 years BL were together? Doesn't that count for anything? The one quote I'm loving from this episode that still gives me some hope is "you happened to her". But instead of showing how that if he wasn't around she would have become hard because of never learning how to love, it was more that she became hard and mean cause he wasn't there to save Peyton. I'll just stick to the first assumption.

I also really liked seeing Keith come to Dan in jail and kinda reveal to Lucas that Jimmy didn't kill him. I can't wait to see what Lucas remembers when he wakes up.

when peyton was at Haley's bed side and asked her she needs to come back for Brooke because she can't do it anymore...what does that mean? she can't do what?

I think she meant she can't care for Brooke anymore because Brooke won't let her ?
I don't think anyone understood what she intended to say..

That confused me as well. Maybe she just meant it's too hard because it will never be the same and at least BH's relationship isn't tainted like BP's.

as for BH, well their relationship isn't tainted yet! let's see if Brooke will go against Haley's honor system and steal the test or be honest and go to Haley for help.

So the whole premise was wasn't even what if Lucas died? It was what if he "wasn't a good person?"

...seriously? Because raise your hand if your name is not Lucas and you think he's a good person.

I never post here, but I have to say this episode was awful for Brooke fans.

Goth Brooke? Seriously? Why? Yes, Brooke would be devastated if Peyton died. But would she really go all goth? That's not in Brooke's character at all.

And when Peyton was talking to Coma Haley, she said that she couldn't take care of Brooke and she needed Haley to take care of her. Um...Peyton and Brooke haven't been friends in a while and Brooke seems just fine.

And I hate all this LP nonsense. And I'm pissed that the writers are writing Brooke as if she is okay with all of this. If I were her and my "best friend" and "ex-boyfriend" were dating, I'd be real upset still. Regardless of if she had any feelings for him or not.

And now, Lucas is gonna wake up cause he hasn't told Peyton that he loves her. Really, after .32 episodes of being together???? Seriously?

I hate how Mark has seemingly erased that past 3 years!!!!!!!!!
