I wouldn't be surprised if the normal version airs first either, but you never know even with the promotions

. I haven't seen any promotions for either this year I don't think. I know they were promoting both at the end of last year

I guess we'll find out soon, I just think it's a bit strange they've filmed so much already and then might not air the voice kids first..

It does seem strange but I don't know how much they've filmed of the original version. Could they even film both at once?

I'm not sure about that either, Joel is on the original version too, right? It would be a lot for him to film both at once.

Yeah he is on both. Then will.i.am & Kylie Minogue are doing the UK & Australian versions which I think would make them want to hold off so they don't have to keep flying between countries as i'm sure that would be a lot of work too. But I don't know if the UK version is finished yet

The Voice (original version) starts after Easter I think.

Nope. I haven't seen anything about either show starting but I only look at one website & rarely watch much of Channel Nine (I only see parts of the news when I have dinner)

I saw on Facebook that The Voice starts after Easter, so it would make sense for The Voice Kids to start afterwards. Maybe June/July?

Yeah, probably. My sister saw a few ads for The Voice during a football game on Friday & it was on the back of a magazine we saw on Saturday too. It makes sense for it to start around July when the first ends but not sure if Nine will want to go from one version to the other
