I'm hoping for a dark pink/light pink combo for the board. Though I remember some girl's board was light pink/white which might be too similar.

I'd like that too, but like you said, there are a few pinkish boards around, I guess.

What about some sort of colour scheme with the IE stuff. Like the tans and creams she seemed to use for a lot of things. Or then maybe something with that deep pink or red that was the bg for the NMNI and Predictable singles.

Alexis cancelled ages ago but by the time Greg cancelled I had my ticket and trains and hotel room booked, so I went anyway. None of the people I met were particularly big stars, other than Chris Barrie and Billy Boyd. And I got to fulfil one of my other life goals - telling a hobbit I've never seen Lord of the Rings!

Oh, green/white/blue to fit the whole medical theme! Thanks for the info, Rach. I remember voting for graphics on the Hayden Christensen board a while back actually. Looking forward to voting on colours and graphics for this board too.

Aww, that's sweet. My family are mad AFL fans, so I we have a lot of Hawthorn players autographs between us all. 21 is a great effort!

I notice you UKers have a lot of sci-fi TV show conventions, 'cause I see them advertised in mags. That's awesome! I hope you manage to get 'em all signed. You sound very dedicated. Ha, I like organising my collections like that too. Evie and I were discussing that on the Delta collection thread actually.

It's a pity Alexis and Greg cancelled when you'd gone to the trouble of booking accomodation and such to see them. How funny that you got to fulfil your life's ambition too! I hadn't seen LotR till midway through last year actually. One of my best uni friends is such a mad fan, she's flown over to NZ twice to attend the Wellington premieres. She met the whole cast at the RotK prem too. She was utterly appalled I hadn't seen any of the films and sent me home with her entire DVD collection.

It's definitely been a bad one. We had our coldest August day in Melbourne for 25 years last Saturday. I think it was 6C during the day. I hate our cold climate down here. I wanna hop on a plane to QLD! Even a few degrees warmer would be nice.

Britney's is pink and white. I wouldn't mind pinks or purples either though.

Don't worry, Kel! I meant yellow, as in a caramel colour close to gold. The GG board has a soft lemon colour though, and that's not too blinding, thank goodness.

Yeah, I like the idea of the goldish tan colour with a stronger colour like red or a deep pink. Seeing as the official DG forum has goldy tan and cream (like the CD colour scheme), it's be cool to have a slight twist on that, I think.

Two of my absolute best friends are huge LotR fans. Meeting Billy Boyd I actually met the one hobbit Quinn hasn't met They (and my parents) told me that I probably wouldn't like it, though, and I've never really been interested in seeing it so thats fine by me!

By the end of the year I should only have about five or six left to get, which is great! And yeah, it was a bit disappointing, but I've met Alexis before so it could have been worse!!

Oh I'll bet they were jealous. Hehe, well good on you. You shouldn't feel obliged to see things that don't interest you for the sake of it, I don't think.

How cool. Oh, well that's a good thing. When I missed out on meeting Delta a second time ('cause I had to work), I was disappointed, but not as much as I woud have been if I hadn't met her once already.

So I just realised I somehow deviated the OTness back to Delta again. It's a good thing, right?
