Some people
 .. They make me wish I would get asked for an opinion on candidates who are GT members for all teams and not just MMs. But then I remind myself how much I hate voicing opinions on things like that. |

I'd go with avoiding voicing opinions as it can be hard. That's the downside of the MST as you get to do that a few times but all the good things make up for it. oh & I can think of a good reason as to why you wouldn't want to voice an opinion on the MST applicants - it was awful voicing an opinion for Kelly when there was an opening there. At least my applicants were amazing people & I knew whichever was chosen would do an amazing job & they couldn't go wrong but still awful to throw personal connections away __________________

I ended up getting asked
 . There is good and bad but I am glad that something can be said in a way, even with the bias. I completely understand the awful feeling though. |
