Delta Wannabes - Not Everyone Can be Delta
I've noticed some videos popping up on YouTube of people covering Delta's songs. While no one will ever come close to being as fantastic as Delta, I thought it would be fun to see people try. This one we all know [and honestly, I still love it]. And I've found this one as well I can't speak for Delta, obviously, but I'd like to think she'd be flattered that people are covering her songs. __________________
Seems like there's always someone who disapproves.

Aww... I love Darren Hayes singing LWY!!
 and hey, Delta's made the same lyric stuff up now... so it's all good hahaha. And while she's not Delta, that girl has a pretty good voice, I usually get bored of amatar covers after a minute or so, but I've watched that one before, and I've just watched it again! I think the girl playing on guitar is maybe on DGOF? As far as Delta cover's go... I personally think there are some horrible covers of Delta's newer songs... mainly ICBITMH and ITL. Haha. I mean fair play to them giving it a go and all... but not a patch on Delta!! __________________

Oh yeah, for sure...great to see them try but none come close to Delta's awesomeness. I think when it comes to people covering Delta, I'd much prefer to see them just cover the piano part, don't ruin it with the singing
 Though that girl in the video I posted didn't do a horrible job, so kudos to her. __________________

He was singing it very well!

She wanted to but they wouldn't let her cos they planned for him to.
It is nice he did it, but I'm not a huge fan of his voice! |
