I do think that the way they (her new label) are promoting her this time around is going well - I feel like they let things go too early last time around. They did manage to get her on some great TV spots - Today, her performance the World Music Awards, etc. But doing small gigs, promoting at radio stations...those are the little steps that are going to get people to start recognizing her name and get familiar with Delta as a person and as an artist.

I am such a big fan of Delta and I am so happy that she is in this side of the world. I hope to meet her if she can make it to Canada.

Yep, that's where I know her from as well. I don't know if she's very famous in the states, but that one song by her did seem to become very popular after being featured on Grey's.

So that music mag that Delta did an acoustic performance for that Rich hinted at in his last update seems to have been Billboard, going by the following picture:

I hope she makes it onto their charts soon!

somewhere in between Canada and Michigan so we can both see her at the same time

i would so be like the states should have been introduced to your music sooner. because lord knows i was, one of the best things ever too

then i'd probably be all fan girlie and can't get any more words out!!!!
