Thought it would be good to bring all the tour talk to a new thread.

So, as we were saying in the Visualise thread, we're hoping the rumours are correct - tour goes ahead in November this year, but no one in her camp has really said anything to confirm or deny that.

Delta Goodrem has announced she will hit theatres for the first time in three years for her 'Believe Again' national tour! Kicking off in January 2009, the tour will travel all around Australia. Get your tickets on sale Thursday, August 21!

The 'Believe Again' concert tour will see Goodrem up close and personal around the nation performing hits from her stellar career and current hit album 'Delta'.

Upon announcing the dates Delta said;

"It's extremely exciting. I can't believe it's taken this long but I've already started putting the set list together and there are so many songs to play. I have been inspired by some intimate shows I have done recently here and internationally, and by playing theatres I can be closer to all the people who have taken my record home."

Get your tickets on sale Thursday, August 21 to hear tracks from her #1 charting album 'Delta' including 'In This Life', 'Believe Again', 'You Will Only Break My Heart' and the powerful new ballad 'I Can't Break It To My Heart' plus lots of old favourites.

While her sales figures are impressive, it's touring that remains closest to Delta's heart.

"Playing live makes it feel real," Delta says. "You don't feel that connection when people take your albums home, there's no physical feeling. The only physical feeling is when you're actually live on stage and getting the energy of the room.

"I would have liked to tour earlier, but I'm just glad I can finally mtell people the dates when they ask me when I'm touring next. There are lots of songs from over the years people know to sing along with and I'm going to do some fun covers but I don't want to spoil the surprise!"

She had confirmed it to some fans after those shows she did the other month (ANWDG) that it was in November, so that's what's keeping me holding out hope

If she did a larger version of the ANWDG tour [so really, just about her and the music] I think she could definitely pull it off in that timeframe!

I agree! But people seem to believe it'll be on the Visualise level, not somewhere in between.

I hope it's better than the Visualise level. To quote some guy off the radio yesterday, I hope it's eyegasmic!

But...since November is 5 months away..

Yeah, I just think it's going to take ages to work out all the details if she's planning to beat the awesomeness that was Visualise.

Well who knows, she said ages ago that she had the dates for the tour, so maybe she started planning it all then...

That's true, but she did say she's thinking of details and ideas she wants to do for the tour, so maybe it won't take that long to put everything together. But I think it all depends on how long she's planning to stay in the US and promote for!

I hope she flies over the crowd during Believe Again. That would be painful but soooo awesome to see.

See that's the kind of thing that would take ages to plan. But I wanna see stuff like that!

I want it to be like Pink's tour. Hers looked awesome with that rope thing she was hanging off above the audience.
