Aww, I'm sure you don't though, Rach. It always takes time to get used to a drastic chop. But you're probably finding that you're getting plenty of compliments on it. Am I right?

Yeah, but then I think "But! They could be lying!" Because I know that when my friends have haircuts I say "I like your hair" even if I don't. I'm a baaaad friend!

It's not even that much off, really, but it's just *that bit* too short ... but it's growing to a nice length now, hooray!

Yes, you are! Kidding - you're not at all. I know what you mean. I'm generally pretty earnest when I compliment people though. Sometimes if friends lay it on in a sickly sweet or over expressive way, there's a chance they're fibbing. But as I said earlier, I'm sure it looks great. I can tell you that for certain when I see your pics too!
That's the good thing about hair - it grows. I'm pleased you're happy with how it's growing out.
