It's a dessert they serve at my favourite fish and seafood restaurant, La Criée. It's called Les 3 Crèmes Brûlées, because there's one for each flavour - Chocolate, Vanilla, and Pralin. Which means, three different shades of beige! See the resemblance with the board?

I can't think of anyone who wouldn't like this dessert! It's served hot in little terra cotta ramekins. Yummy!
