That's one way of looking at it! No doubt they'll be hooked. It can definitely work to our advantage that an older-looking graphic will rouse curiousity. As Soraya said earlier, it'll get people thinking our board's been established for quite a while. That's not so bad.

Thank you! I started just today. I give English lessons to a 13-year-old. He's repeating a year (I can't say which grade though, because I don't know the English/Aus equivalents for 6ème) and he really doesn't like school. Actually, he couldn't even say "school" in English, and his translation of "3" is "free." But his parents are after him so I'm hopeful he will brush up on his English by the end of the month.

Why the Viking smilie Evie? I knew you supported Mr. Cyborg, but the Viking?

Ooh. Hope it's going well. That'd be equivalent to our Year 8 or 9 if he's repeating a year. I'm sure you'll do a great job getting him on track, Soraya. It's a great thing that his parents are taking an active interest in his education, as you say.

I'm guessing Eves has adopted Mr. Viking for the same reason she adopted Mr. Cyborg. He needed some love.

I reckon the board's gonna look pretty damn fab once it's done aswell, Kay! I keep picturing it, but I can't wait to log in one day and see it for real.

Awww. I used to have the same trouble getting through to the kids I used to babysit. But finding their interests and using them to your advantage is a good strategy!
