Okay, so yeah I know it's a lame title but I really wanted to start this thread.

From the moment I saw these two together I got sick to my stomach. This relationship is so unhealthy and inappropriate, not to mention Monica's getting a little creepy... I hate to make comparisons but it really reminds me of Pacey/Ms. Jacobs from DC. Ewwww!

I know I'm not the only one out there...so please feel free to post your reasons why you don't like this pairing

Lyn- I'm so glad you started this. The Ben/Monica relationship is totally unhealthy. Ben needs to be with a girl his age, and Monica needs a little professional help.

I think they both genuinely care about one another, but that doesn't make their relationship healthy. It would be best for both of them if they just moved on.

Thanks Lindsey. I've been talking about starting one in the Sue/Ben thread...now I finally got around to it.

Okay it does seem they do care for each other but Monica is getting very possessive and controlling. It's kinda freaking me out I wouldn't be so bothered with the age difference if Ben wasn't a minor...plus she's a teacher for goodness sake, you would think she'd know better. Heh, one thing she didn't learn...under 18 means it's not legal.

ITA, Lyn. Monica's behavior definitely seems to be getting out of control. And I agree, the student/teacher thing is not right. They have laws against it for a reason. (Oh, and ITA, this screams Pacey/Ms.Jacobs! *shudders* )

Ben really should be with someone his own age. I'm glad he's realizing how unhealthy the relationship is. I'm sure he'll be happier after this little fling with Monica is forgotten and done with.
