ETA: If you have already snagged any avatars, you can go to your User CP and select edit avatar, then upload the avi from your computer.

Go to Edit Avatar, scroll to the bottom and all your custom avi info should be there

Yeah. I go to the Edit Avatar, and there's really nothing there, except what's usually there. I don't get what you do to uplaod it.
